Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)

1. Geltungsbereich
Für alle Bestellungen über den Online-Shop 98OKTN (betrieben von Tech Art Creations KLG) gelten die nachstehenden AGB. Das Angebot richtet sich ausschliesslich an Kunden mit Wohn- oder Geschäftssitz in der Schweiz.

2. Vertragspartner & Vertragsschluss
Der Kaufvertrag kommt zustande mit Tech Art Creations KLG. Durch das Anklicken des Bestellbuttons gibt der Kunde eine verbindliche Bestellung der im Warenkorb enthaltenen Waren ab. Die Bestätigung des Eingangs der Bestellung erfolgt unmittelbar nach dem Absenden der Bestellung per E-Mail.

3. Preise und Versandkosten
Alle Preise sind in Schweizer Franken (CHF) angegeben und enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer. Es gelten die zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung im Shop angegebenen Preise. Die Versandkosten werden im Bestellprozess ausgewiesen. Bestellungen ab einem Warenwert von 100 CHF sind versandkostenfrei innerhalb der Schweiz.

4. Zahlungsbedingungen
Dem Kunden stehen die im Bestellprozess angegebenen Zahlungsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung (u.a. Kreditkarte, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT). Der Kaufpreis ist sofort mit der Bestellung fällig.

5. Lieferung & Erfüllungsort
Die Lieferung erfolgt ausschliesslich an Lieferadressen innerhalb der Schweiz. Sollte ein Produkt aufgrund von Lieferengpässen nicht verfügbar sein, wird der Kunde unverzüglich informiert.

6. Widerrufsrecht & Rückgabe
Es besteht kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht für Online-Käufe nach Schweizer Recht. Mangelhafte oder beschädigte Ware wird jedoch bei sofortiger Anzeige nach Erhalt (innerhalb von 7 Tagen per E-Mail) umgetauscht oder erstattet.

7. Anwendbares Recht & Gerichtsstand
Es gilt ausschliesslich Schweizer Recht. Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz von Tech Art Creations KLG oder der Wohnsitz des Konsumenten.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

The following GTC apply to all orders placed via the 98OKTN online shop (operated by Tech Art Creations KLG). The offer is directed exclusively at customers residing or having their place of business in Switzerland.

2. Contracting Party & Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Tech Art Creations KLG. By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent via email immediately after the order is submitted.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. The prices displayed in the shop at the time of the order apply. Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process. Orders with a value of CHF 100 or more qualify for free shipping within Switzerland.

4. Terms of Payment

Customers may choose from the payment methods indicated during the ordering process (including credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT). The purchase price is due immediately upon placing the order.

5. Delivery & Place of Performance

Delivery is made exclusively to addresses within Switzerland. Should a product be unavailable due to supply shortages, the customer will be informed without delay.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases under Swiss law. However, defective or damaged goods will be exchanged or refunded if reported immediately upon receipt (within 7 days via email).

7. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Tech Art Creations KLG or the consumer's place of residence.
